Not sure if they do their job well, or if it's a good place to work and they pay their people fairly or not; they have absolutely horrible road crews. Have no idea how to manage traffic in busy intersections.

Great place for the green construction worker to get their feet wet in the trades. I worked there for 5+ years, and have good things to say about the owners, and most of the supervisors. I learned a ton, but just like anywhere else, you get what you put in. Bob Pugh is one of my favorite bosses.
