Worst experience at a parts store I’ve ever had. Old guy working lied to me and told me they couldn’t warranty my alternator then finally after seeing how frustrated I was ordered one and still charged me freight. The alternator came damaged a week and a half later, they then say they will reimburse the freight since it has been two weeks since first order. They “order” a new one it’s been another two weeks with no contact and I call them again and they tell me that they did not order one actually because they thought I didn’t want it anymore. They tell me now they could possibly have one at the end of week. (They told me there was only one alternator in the US available) this place is insane I will never go back. Fought for an alternator for over a month when it was supposed to be shipped and here in under 5 days.

Be careful rip off and bad customer service thats why says u can't pay online you can only pay instore makes sense now why they try rip you off give u lower price to get you on try rip you off dont order online gives you different prices cheaper online then in store they need to fix that because could get them sued thats bad business and false advertising wont honor what there online store prices gave me and have receipt

Would not buy anything off of these people if my truck was on fire I bought a Napa battery at another store 3 months ago and they would not warranty it for me said I'm not there customer they won't warranty Napa products why buy Napa thenwould not recommend this place
