Pharmacy- I am allergic to red dye pharmacy repeatedly fills prescriptions with out checking them for red dye first... allergy is in system and the best pharmacist there "Sarah" even has a sticky note taped on their computer to help other staff that can't seem to get it right. Also very Short staffed on a Friday night (11/10) from 5-6:30ish and a staff member inconsiderately still choose to leave at 6:00 with a line down the aisle and left pharmacist and other girl to deal with their mess. Not the first time this has happened-might as well start considering another pharmacy that can take a life threatening allergy seriously. Sarah is again the only one that seems to care!

First (and last) experience with CVS today. Due to restraints forced via insurance - had to switch from WALGREENS to CVS... Two scripts - one Omnicef, one regular script - $104... GoodRX showed HALF that - and when asked - it was run through insurance. Perhaps CVS is unaware - but at Walgreens they ALWAYS check goodrx prior to RIPPING OFF their customer - in an effort to keep the customer. When we called back in - we were treated as if we didn't deserve their time and effort - so I will NEVER return - the corporate greed over the customer - is disgusting... They had three girls and one male pharmacist - god forbid I waste any of their time. RUN don't walk if you can.

Worst pharmacy in the world. Can’t get anything correct. One screw up after another. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Horrible experience the past 2 times. First time I was willing to overlook the cluelessness of the staff who asked for my name 3 times in 2 minutes. Today was another issue, firstly no personality from the girl in the mask working the register absolutely horrible customer service from her and she looked clueless. Then they tell me they don't have the medication for another week but I can call and see when it's in, then suddenly they have the medication but it needs PA, I'm sorry it's Friday prior auth is gonna take days! So I pay cash they say $70 something then I pull up good rx for less than 20, they run some numbers and say it came down to 64. All this while the pharmacist tossed the bag on the counter and goes "here's his thing" while resuming personal conversation with other staff. Poor customer service and no respect for people! I will be switching to rite aid and leaving this poor excuse of a pharmacy. Do yourself a favor, unless you want 2 miles of paper receipts go elsewhere!!

They now employee a circus clown in the Pharmacy who still thinks wearing a mask does anything other than have "unintended consequences" (Dr.Fauci)If they dont even know the actual science behind a mask, how then is one to trust their ability to manage all those medications or even simple everyday life decisions.I would direct these "professionals" to the American Institute of Physics who performed an exhaustive study on masks titled "Liquid Physics". If they can find time in between coloring their hair coton candy blue/pink and witholding life saving medications for a manufactured virus......which obviously isnt a priority.Plenty of other good pharmacies around. Do yourself a favor and intrust your health to a more reputable, actual professional who invests in their carreer more than political agendas.Stay Healthy Everyone. God Bless

The process of calling and talking with this pharmacy was terrible. You first have to deal with a maze of questions by an annoyingly obnoxious robot on the phone that wont shut up, and 7 minutes later after navigating the questions it asks and fails to understand, I get redirected to an employee. When I finally got through to someone on the phone, I asked the lady how I can go about transferring my prescriptions from another pharmacy to CVS as it is closer to my home. She sounded bothered by me and said that "Well you're going to need to call the pharmacy then...". I apologized, as I thought that I had called the pharmacy because that is where the robot directed me. I waited for a second hoping she would get me back to the pharmacy. But she didn't say anything so I asked "Okay, so can you give me their phone number then, or transfer me?". She responded, "They're very busy back there so you're going to just be waiting a while okay." and put me on hold. And to her word, I had waited a while. So long I just gave up. If this is the experience of just trying to talk to a pharmacist, I cant imagine what it must be like to regularly manage and receive my meds from CVS. I suppose I will continue to use my current Pharmacy that is 8 miles further from me than CVS.

Im happy with this location, contrary to other reviews. I refill my scripts by automated phone service and get a text when its ready, if there is a problem with my order such as a physician authorization or out of stock they will call to let me know. I walk in to the store so I usually never have to wait in line, or perhaps 1 person is in front of me. I wouldnt suggest the drive thru though as it tends to back up bad. if you are able to physically walk, go inside and save yourself a very long wait and wasted fuel. the pharmacist, while some judge her based on haircolor she is a very nice helpful gal who will fill your script and answer any questions you may have about your medication (which is her job, not making you happy with her hair). the assistants in the pharmacy have never been rude, curt, or disrespectful to me, no matter how busy they may be. the lady in the front of the store is quite the upbeat personality, I get a good smile every time she is working, though at times I opt for the self checkout if the cashier is away performing other duties or I dont feel like waiting in line. I dont have any comment on photo as I dont order them at cvs. plenty of parking and clean atmosphere.

I just wasted an hour at the mogadore location arguing with the person in photo about a problem with the cvs app. When they received what I sent there were lines on all photos. After an hour they realized that I was right and finally refunded my money , another person experienced a similar problem and they realized that they were wrong. The staff here is very rude and unprofessional and I'll never set foot in a CVS again over the way I was talked to. The person was very unprofessional and actually raised her voice and said it was all my fault. I'm very disgusted with the service here.

I switched to this CVS about 1 year ago; I'm happy I did. The pharmacist took his time to help me when I called about a problem. He's very patient & kind. The assistants are the same. When I needed help today about a drug from a different company that I had an allergic reaction to, she special ordered the old brand that I have been taking for a year. ThIs CVS team has excellent customer service. Thank you!

The pharmacy was so busy but they didn’t let it affect how they treated their customers. So friendly and helpful. The short interactions I saw between the pharmacist and his staff with the patients was nice to see. Everyone is busy and stressed and short staffed; they treated me very nicely and more importantly I saw them treating others nicely.
