“Keybank tallmadge is the best most family like bank I have ever had an account with. I choose this bank for my new account because my boyfriend that passed away would talk about how wonderful everyone in the bank is. Also how it felt good that they were always so friendly. And so personable. They truly amazing. They gave me a card that meant the world to me because of my boyfriend passing. It melted my heart. They truly care about their customers. “I never mind going to the bank when dealing with this branch, as I walk through the door I am greeted with smiling faces and a very nice clean and bright atmosphere. it doesnt seem very busy when I go, i hardly ever need to wait in line. And if you are going there to open an account or get assistance for loans etc there is a nice sitting area for you to relax at while you wait. the tellers are friendly and very helpful, they even helped me with printing up some records at no cost. this branch is like walking in to see your favorite neighbors.”
