“Great customer service not only at this Stow location but all Key branches I've been to. They know me by name and always go out of their way to go above and beyond. I've also always had good experiences with calling the 800 number when there were routine questions.”
“I stopped in this afternoon after calling and explaining that I had a time-consuming transaction to make. They advised that they had enough staff and that an appointment would not be necessary. In the 40 minutes that it took me to get over there, they were hit with a rush. The line was 3/4 to the door when I walked in. There were some grumbling customers, but the bank employees remained friendly and were really hustling. It was evident they were trying to get to everyone as quickly as they possibly could.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jonathan who very patiently took the time to process my transaction and help troubleshoot some of the numbers. I greatly appreciated his assistance as well as the effort the rest of the staff was clearly making to keep things flowing smoothly at the bank during the rush.”

“If you live in the Akron are, you need to have an account with Peoples Bank. I was from out of town and needed assistance with a transaction & the team at Peoples was absolutely spectacular. This branch has a hometown feeling and I was treated like a local long-time customer. The Branch Manager, Ann went completed out of her way to ensure all my need were met. It is rare theses days, but she exceeded all of my expectation. If you have ever felt like your Bank treats you like a just name & number, go see Ann at Peoples.”

“I never mind going to the bank when dealing with this branch, as I walk through the door I am greeted with smiling faces and a very nice clean and bright atmosphere. it doesnt seem very busy when I go, i hardly ever need to wait in line. And if you are going there to open an account or get assistance for loans etc there is a nice sitting area for you to relax at while you wait. the tellers are friendly and very helpful, they even helped me with printing up some records at no cost. this branch is like walking in to see your favorite neighbors.”
