About 8 months into having my laptop (which I bought from Dell) it stopped working. Dell customer service was absolutely awful and it took 3 weeks to get my laptop fixed. A month after they “fixed” it, my laptop stopped working again. This time, I decided to bring it to Winners. Chance, who fixed my laptop, did it in only two days and was also super helpful and understanding. I will be doing all my laptop purchases/fixes with them from now on.

I came to have some data transferred from a hardrive from an old laptop. There was a misunderstanding on exactly what I wanted transferred and they still took care of everything for me. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend using Winners and they now have all my computer business going forward and I will be back! A+++++++!

Isaac was very competent, very helpful, gave us good advice and choices and "held our hands" on some peripheral problems that were not really the responsibility of Winner's Computers. This was a vast improvement over depending on "here today-gone tomorrow" revolving-door folks at the big box stores. I rarely give anyone the highest rating possible but this time I am!

All employees I encountered were SO pleasant and helpful. Isaac was able to transfer everything from my old computer to my new one, which is such a relief. He was so helpful with set-up and explanations on everything. Highly recommend them!!!!!

Isaac was very efficient and informative in his explanation of our new computer build and what is new regarding all programs installed. His demonstration and explanation of the new programs (and their use) during our computers set-up in our home was helpful and appreciated. My husband and I both appreciated his professionalism and assistance very much. We intend to maintain our affiliation with Winner's Computer service for many years to come.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Isaac at Winner's Computers. He is knowledgeable and patient, and when I know my questions have to be frustrating, is very pleasant. He just delivered my new laptop and I am completely satisfied--and confident he will take care of any issues I might run into. Just a side note: The receptionist/secretary at Winner's in Minster is also a pleasure to work with.
