I usually do drop and hook but half the time it turns out to be a live load. The last time I was here they say they had to do an add on. I pulled the trailer to a dock. 5 hours later they hadn't touched it. I left. I was out of hours. They get very busy, overwhelmed, and obviously don't have the man power to work these...
