I would like to say my experience with this dealer was just un pleasant and I had bout a car from them and I told them I’m having problems with it in the first 2 weeks and that it’s not drivable and I asked them to work with me since I can’t move the car and only way they can do anything is if I drive it their , they had no inspection done to the car prior of pickup except clean it if you plan on getting anything from this dealer get it checked out diagnoised and see whats actually wrong with the car never take their word since they dont keep it or even know .

If i could leave a 0 star I would. Drove around 2 hours to purchase a vehicle that was described as “great condition with no mechanical problems and had all servicing done”. After returning home with the vehicle I come to find out my break pads were completely worn after being told they were serviced. 2 weeks after the purchase there is coolant leaking in the engine bay. The salesperson lied about the servicing and was very misleading on the condition of the car. After calling to see if the warranty would cover, all they could tell me was if they were supposed to fix it, they’d fix it if not, i’m on my own. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this lot unless you’re looking to purchase a ticking time bomb. UPDATED: Not even a month since i’ve purchased and already $3k in repairs.

These mechanics are my go to guys for my rides! I took them my old Pontiac for years and still take my Jeep to them. They do not sugar coat things and they will let you know whether things need to be replaced and always try to make sure I get the best deals on parts. They are also funny and they make the service center feel like a comfortable family oriented place. As long as I am close by, I won't take my car anywhere else.

I am from New York and I’ve never purchased a car out of state. Adam at platinum auto group was amazing over the phone and was fantastic to deal with in person. My wife and I left extremely excited and well taken care of with our vehicle purchase! I would rate six stars if I could.

The service department was outstanding. I didn't buy my SUV there, but they gladly repaired it for me. The best part it was half the cost the dealer wanted to charge me. They were fair, honest and quick!!! Thank you!
