The postmistress is abominably rude. She doesn't try to help if there's a problem. She goes on the defensive and tries to do anything she can to NOT help. She argued with me for 10 minutes on the phone once about which apartment I live in! Not kidding.
The carrier is sweet, kind and helpful. The postmistress us vile.

Only one star because Google won't let you leave it at zero. Absolutely the most usless place filled the most useless people on the planet. These people would never make it working in the private sector. The laziness is astonishing to say the least. The USPS should be abolished and its services turned over to the private sector and ran like a business.

Customer service and courtesy are lost here. Lady at the counter is down right rude. I've witnessed carriers tossing boxes to the ground and have video on my security camera of a carrier just dropping boxes on my porch from standing height. It's no wonder USPS is falling.

I agree aparently customer courtesy is a thing of the past. I filled out an address change an had a hold put on a package . Nope sent it out anyway. Nice

My mail is delivered and use to be picked up by lucasville post office but after having my mail ripped open and customers items stolen and never being able to reach them by phone I started driving to the MInford post office and dropping off my packages. The girls there were super nice and helped me with all my questions and concerns and even helped me find a missing package that was dropped off at the wrong address by lucasville post office. I have been dropping my mail off at the minford post office for a few years now and I have never had an issue with my packages being tampered with at all! They’re always nice when i walk in and greet me and tell me to have a good day. I appreciate them so much thank you!!

A package was left under my mailbox ( a box package). I live on 335 and this is a foot from the road. Unacceptable!!

Only open 6 hours a day and even then closed when folks are headed for work in the mornings , closed when folks are off for lunch , closed when folks are headed home from work and who gets an hour and a half for lunch? They really need to move the hours of operation when folks have a few minutes off work to stop by the post office to use the service!

if you think all that mail stuff is bad start looking at your envelopes. Someone is opening my mail. I know for sure cause I have had 3-4 letters from Dr. glued to the inside of envelope but investigation did no good. Still going on. The post office is a big government JOKE

I live in minford but my address is lucasville so when I had a package being delivered it was wrong even though I order things all the time and never have this problem. They sent my package back instead of holding it for me. So when I called I said if it happens again hold it and I’ll pick it up. I had to re order my item and fixed the address. But it still happened again. Even though I called and told them they still sent my package back to sender with out notifying me. So now I have to re order for a third time. It’s ridiculous. 0 Star

Our mail goes to diff address just because we have the same number and post man does not pay attention to his mail. This is not acceptable. Especially when u hav3 a package coming and u don’t get it on time,it goes back to post office. If I didn’t have give one star I wouldn’t.

Went to the post office to pick up a pkg that I knew was there because it had been logged in at 1:45. The clerk/postmistress, whatever, refused to give it to me. I have to wait for carrier to deliver it tomorrow. Customer courtesy is apparently a thing of the past at Minford post office. This never happened with the previous postmaster. He went out of his way to accommodate you.
