The only choice I have in Minford. They are great with customer service. They respond quickly to problems. Cable service leaves something to be desired. However, Internet speeds are great. We are gamers, and it holds up to the test.

Bill has randomly went up twice this year, and its terribly overpriced compared to the competition but they know you have no choice if you want internet. They also make you purchase lanline service to have internet even if you dont need or want it. The people are nice but being nice doesnt excuse price gouging for a commodity.

Service has always been prompt and friendly. Fiber to a rural home is excellent ... just received fiber a couple months ago. No other company in this area has fiber to the home on the backroad rural areas. I do not have a choice ... because of antiquated rules from long ago ... I must use Minford for service. That's ok ... I would keep them anyway. However, I think requiring a landline (which I do not even have hooked up in the home) as a prerequisite to receiving internet service is a total price gouge. All data and voice comes on the same fiber line. This practice is irritating and should stop.
