“Thank you, Rick!!! When I went to change my license plates, the bolts wouldn’t go back in, whatever they screw into was just spinning around and wouldn’t hold the plate. We bought a new set at Advance Auto thinking that would work, but didn’t. I called them and Rick told me to come down. Rick came out in the hot parking lot and worked on it til he fixed it and I was on my way. Super nice guy and so very helpful! Thank you again”

“It was all unexpected.I started to break down about a block away with my dog, so I managed to crawl through the alley before overheating.They ran diagnostics and helped me figure out what was wrong and gave my dog some water, since my car was out of commission.Unfortunately, I had to get my vehicle towed to a mechanic and they weren't able to pick it up immediately, but Advance staff let my car sit in the lot temporarily (out of the way) until the following morning.I'll never forget how friendly and accommodating they were to me that day.As a local business, they have earned my loyalty.”

“I had them remove the 8' bed from my F250 and replace it along with 5-6 large support brackets that was bolted to frame (bed onto brackets). The owner worked with me on trying to find a new bed but ultimately was cheaper to repair what was there. I felt he done everything upfront and done what he said he would do. I would use AutoPro again. I felt the price was comparable but the work was done very well.”

“It was okay, I seen 5 worker's and not one of them acknowledged me, I roamed the store looking for what I needed, but needed assistance. After 10-12 minutes I finally just walked back up to the counter again. I said nobody working today he said yeah truck day we're all busy mind you everyone was standing around talking to somebody around their phone or cleaning their glasses or drinking their pop.”

I love they help you especially as a woman and don't look like you don't know what you are talking about and they listen to your concerns. Most places don't do that. They do there. And they fix what the problem is and don't act like there's more things wrong. They are so reasonable on their prices. I can't say enough about them. I won't take my cars to anyone else. They deserve 10 stars.”
