I'm normally not the type to leave a review but considering the circumstances... I ended up getting a key fob through them for my Buick Regal 2017 that didn't even go to a Buick. The woman (Jody) "the wife" promised me that the key would work for my car before i left (not to mention she was very disrespectful and unprofessional not only with me but with my dealership that was programming the key to my car).I understand we're all people and we mess up but she didn't want to take accountability..she didn't even want to make things right nor offer me my money back. so i asked to speak to the higher up. When i talked to him (The husband) he was beyond respectful and made things right. Moral of the story make sure they order the correct parts before leaving and don't settle for a promise.

Have used AJ’s 2 times would give 10 stars if I could, usually do my own work but time wouldn’t allow it, they installed an engine for me a few months ago (not an average job it was in an F550) usually you’d have to touch up a few things or return it to the shop for “adjustments” but not with these folks, I haven’t had to go back and fix or redo anything, Last week I had a Transmission installed in the same truck and again not a single issue, The cost was more than fair and we are 100% satisfied thanks a million!!

AJ'S Automotive Service has been our "go to" place for oil changes in our cars and we've always been very satisfied, not only with their work; but their prices are the best.Jodi and Aaron are extremely helpful and (in my opinion) it would be very difficult to find a friendlier group of people to work on your vehicle. Just recently they repaired my Ford Escape which had a loud rattle and now it purrs like a kitten. Terrific job AJ'S!!! ? Thanks again!!!Services: Transmission

I’m very happy to share my experience with AJs Automotive Service. After months of trying to diagnose and repair the oil consumption problem with our Audi Q5, and getting proposals for an engine replacement and a piston replacement for $10,000 to $16000, the car finally burned out a valve. I barely made it to Aaron and Jodi, and was incredibly happy with their kindness, competence and professionalism. His diagnosis and repair were excellent and the cost was a fraction of the previous proposals. If you need a car repair service, I recommend AJs!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I am very pleased with the service I received at AJ’s on replacing the back brakes on my Tundra. I was given a ridiculous price elsewhere and was referred to AJ’s by several family members, who had received excellent service at reasonable prices. I’ve used AJ’s for multiple repairs now and I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a more honest, caring company. They text and check in on their work and really seem to care about their customers. Good people that will be fair and honest!

Amazing people to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, and willing to take the time to find the problem. They took their time with my wife's car and managed to locate a single wire that was causing all the problems. 100% I will use them again, and 100% I would recommend them for my family and friends.
