Alex was Amazing! Went here to find out why my phone bill was so high for just three lines. The guy at the Belden location added two lines a few months ago for a "promotional" family plan which he claimed would be a better deal. Came here and immediately and he says I got scammed. He was very nice and straightforward, told us how to contact the fraud department. Apparently, adding new lines is a very common scam at both the Belden and New Philadelphia locations (the salespeople get more money for each new line they sell) and I could tell this guy was getting fed up with how many people come in for him to fix this problem. I still feel stupid for getting scammed, but now I know to come here or just not buy more pointless lines.

I wish I could give zero stars. Every single time I go in to pay my phone bill, I'm either sitting around for an hour waiting because the employees just love to be slow at their job and talk talk talk. It's pretty bad when I walk in there and absolutely nobody ever greets me or asks what I need done. Like I just need to pay my phone bill that takes 5 minutes but have to wait over an hour because someone wants to buy 5 phones. And the fact that there's only 1 worker there at any given time shows how poorly managed this place is. 100% garbage service every single time.

I'm a little surprised by the highly rated reviews. I was there a year ago and probably got the worst service ever again a cell phone store. A young lady, don't know her name started helping me then blew me off. I wandered around for about a half hour until someone else assisted. All in all I was out a hundred dollars with no service. I called multiple other stores and spoke to other managers but my problem was never resolved.

Neo was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s unfortunate that the wait is so long for his help. However, when anything online goes wrong, as it typically does, he has always been able to fix it. If Verizon had more associates like Neo, the company might actually run efficiently.

Zachary D @ the Minerva OH Verizon branch has to be one of the best employees! He helped us w/our upgrade this year. He helped troubleshoot our billing errors, always returned calls. That young man deserves a raise! If you ever have issues w/your devices that’s the branch to go to.

I needed to change from an Android to an iPhone. Neo seemed to have a good knowledge of how to take care of it. He was very helpful to me and to a couple other customers as my phones were copying over.

Thelma was amazing! She patiently transferred all of my data to my new phone, set up my iPhone watch, and showed me some amazing new products, which I bought for Christmas presents! She is very knowledgeable concerning all products and was a lifesaver in getting my new phone up and running!

Thelma provided excellent customer service. Not only was she knowledgeable she was friendly as well and went above and beyond providing us with help for my daughter and I’s phones. That is something that you don’t see everyday anymore when it comes to customer care.

Well I got a very expensive charger uug. She kept mine. These phones are ridiculous 600.00 nope. They changed my bill without asking me. Better come down or I'll get a cricket.1 person was working 1 there were quite a few people. No bathrooms door may be handicap and yes parking. The problem fixed I'm out 43.00. I may look around for better service. Maybe you should to. Oh you kept my charger.
