I love my trips to Rite Aid! Not only are the sales staff friendly and inviting, but the pharmacist are absolutely on point and helpful. Ia the past year alone, me and my husband have both stopped in to ask the pharmacist about some non-prescription, herbal supplements and cream for an insect bite. And each time they have offered suggestions based on our needs. These guys go so far as to step from behind the counter to help me find Milk Thistle(Mitch recommended this for my husband). Truly a kind and caring staff, and a pleasant shopping experience.

I've been with this Rite Aid since they came to Minerva. I am extremely disappointed in their pharmacy services in the last year. They do not care at all that you go without medication and seem to have inventory issues. But they don't even care. Very disappointed

I am putting this out there from my opinion. I have been dealing with this store for a long time. i'm just about ready to move all of my prescription to a way different drug store I had to with one I've been taking because they have been using the excuse it not in or having issues with getting it which I call bull the other store that I have to use to get that one has had absolutely no trouble getting it now my dad need stuff for after surgery they are using the same excuse I think it's way past time to shut down this store and put in one that can do the Jobe I'm over the laziness of that pharmacy department the other part of that store is questionable I will not say sorry for something I feel strongly about

Worst pharmacy ever! Took me 2 days to get prescriptions filled for my sick granddaughter and son. They lied about having medication and that prescriptions would be filled in 1 hour. They have really gone downhill and have no customer service

Super long wait times, at least an hour sometimes 2 or 3 hours and even after waiting that long they will say it's not ready for another 20 mins or so which is ridiculous. Staff isn't the friendliest either.

Everyone in this store is really nice except the odd lady in the Pharmacy section who thinks that speaking is too much for her. Sorry we didn’t know that your blank stare meant you wanted my name. “Some people get it, but that’s ok” she says as she walks away.More employers should make sure that they hire people with good communication skills who enjoy working with the public. If you don’t like people stay away from the counter.

Overpriced prescriptions, overpriced products, slow pharmacy, lack of communication between regular staff and pharmacy staff. Show up to get covid test early after I verified with a staff member over the phone that I could. First off, they said come in. I arrive, walk into the building noticing their sign says use drive thru. Turn around to ask front staff if I should be in the store or not. They say no. Go to drive thru with no one in line besides myself and they refuse to do my covid test early because someone else is suppose to come before me… no one is there! They still refuse and tell me to come back later. Waste of time. Don’t tell people to come in early and refuse to serve them.

Whenever I go there, the pharmacy manager finds a new way to not bother filling my prescriptions. She's told me that I need prior authorization (which I have) to refill the same quantity prescription I've been picking up at that store for over a year. And she's even decided to just not fill something, but didn't bother to call and confirm if the script was right or not. I've never had an issue with anyone else there, or even at another Rite aid, but the unpleasantness from her has reached a point that I no longer bother going there.
