This used to be one of my favorite little shops. A quant, unique and quiet place to shop and relax. And while I still enjoy browsing from time to time it has changed and doesn’t seem as unique as it once was. But my biggest complaint is the music. One of the things I used to love about this shop was the relaxing atmosphere and soft music they used to play. Often times featuring nature sounds. Now its all this secular music that is played super loud and is very jarring. I think it’s distracting and inconsiderate really and keeps me from going in there much anymore which makes me sad.

I LOVE THE ThIS . Very clean. I LOVE where Clothes, Jewelry, and Cool Gifts. Gwen is so WONDERFUL. Everyone that works there is so very NICE. Go buy some new things where. Lots of unique gifts for birthdays, baby showers, anniversary gifts, Cards.

For years this store was the cutest store with items I wanted to buy. The last year or so has gone downhill with nothing really interesting to buy. Sad

It was nice a bit expensive but so much variety. Very cozyStaff lovely . Inside near grinders in minerva. I love how they decorate.

Wish I could leave a review of actually being able to go inside. Their hours online are wrong. Drove 20 miles out of the way to stop by and they were closed even though their online hours said they were open.

Such a wonderful gift shop, I love stopping in here. They've always got something new and unique when I need to pick up a present (and a card!), or even just to treat myself. Plus, they carry my favorite tea, which is hard to find.

Such a lovely store with unique gifts that you don't find elsewhere. When I'm looking for something special I know I can find it at Off the Beaten Path. Plus they always do free gift wrapping and bagging! You don't find that anywhere now a days.

Very nice store with unique items that you don't see in other stores. They put all my gifts in free gift bags as well which was very nice and saved me from having to purchase bags and tissue paper to do it myself.

Off the Beaten Path is charming, clean, and filled with unique gifts and even some antiques. Unique is an often overused word but within these walls lies a treasure trove of delights. They opened in 1988 and depending on season employ between 10 and 19 people. You park on the street which goes for most stores in Minerva, but you never have far to walk. I'm not listing everything they sell (go see) but a couple of my finds. Papyrus gift cards and writing papers and Dammit Dolls. The little dolls are hand made locally and described as for use to hit a wall while you're angry! Best item of all was an antique child's stove by Lionel in really nice condition. Gourmet chocolates to home decor will keep you busy for a long time. Plan a couple hours here to see everything. I'll return whenever I'm in the area. Nice workers are easy to talk with and they really know what they sell.

What a great little shop! I was there yesterday after spending a wonderful afternoon at Nevaeh Salon & Spa and at Grinders Above & Beyond Restaurant. I found so many unique things for gifts. The people working in the store were so helpful, not pushy, and gift baged all my item for free! I can't wait to schedule my next spa day so I can go back and do more shopping!
