The new owners have really improved the existing storage units. They put up a brand new barbed wire fence and a keypad at the entrance. I also appreciate the online bill pay. Very affordable and secure. Easy to access just outside of Minerva.

Not secure at all, the gate is always open. It has never been closed when we went to our storage unit and we've been there several times
