If I could give this business zero stars I would. One word to describe the used car lot salesman is CROOKED. No one wants to waste hard earned money on a vehicle that is sold to them and is nothing more than junk. Do not expect to receive an honest answer about the problems that a vehicle has when buying a used car from here. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your money.

Came in today with my Fiance and son, had intention to buy a new Cub zero turn. Every employee at the store mad eye contact but never said a word to us, the sales guy never got out of his seat. No one answered any questions or assisted us in any way! I am now a proud owner of a CUB that was purchased at Doc's lawn and garden out of Massillon. My father was at this location the day prior.. so I called him to talk about the poor service.. he said he experienced the same thing!! When my dad asked the sales guy for a card yesterday, he was told to go get one from the lady in the back... What a joke. Had I known this happened to my dad yesterday I would have never wasted my time!!! Keep in mind this place dose NOT have the corner on the market people

I posted a negative review on google.. it was deleted lol... I went to Kohmanns with my family and didn't get any assistance or help at all. They just made eye contact and ignored us for about 15,min.. no one else was there so they weren't busy. I bought my mower at another location. The day prior my dad had went to Kohmanns and got no service either. When my Father asked the sales guy for a card he told him to go get one from the lady in the back... What a joke.. that's lazy for a sales guy lol. I won't be back.. and it's sad bc they are local to me. Doc's Lawn and Garden is a WAY better business and located about 20min down the road. Don't waste your time, go to a Dealer that Values their customers!!
