“Walk Ins Welcome” NOT true. I get I came in rather close to closing. Which was unintentional, but it was the worst experience around. The guy at the counter was rather rude. I stood there politely, just waiting respectfully. I’d expect to get the same treatment. He basically brushed me off and didn’t even care. The service from the ladies were rather opposite. Very positive reviews from them. It wasn’t even busy. The pro tax workers and their service was excellent. But whoever runs the counter/maintenance..is a straight up NO. I’d suggest online. I felt very disrespected and discriminated.
