Very pleasant & very informative when u ask them about any product. Whenever I've asked anything of them about a product or if i was searching for a specific item, they really try to give u the correct information or will make the effort 2 find out for you and the manager was working at the cash register & even discounted an item for me due to damage when hadn't even asked them to. it was the last one so I was buying it anyway! I really didn't mind either the damage didn't hurt what was on the inside of it! Lol! It was a kind gesture though so u see they were also very thoughtful was my point.

I recently visited the Dollar General in Minerva, Ohio, and had a fantastic shopping experience. First and foremost, the prices at this store were impressively low, which made stocking up on essentials both affordable and convenient. I picked up three 12-packs of Pepsi, and the savings were notable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the cashier. Despite looking a bit tired—understandably so given the long hours—I was greeted with a warm and friendly demeanor that made the checkout process pleasant. It's clear that this individual is dedicated and hardworking, and I sincerely appreciate their effort.
Keep up the great work and keep dreaming big! It's the positive attitude and commitment of team members like this that make a significant difference in customer experiences. I'll definitely be returning to this Dollar General for both the great deals and the excellent service.

This dollar General is a fantastic store for affordable everyday essentials. The staff is friendly, and the shelves are always stocked with a wide variety of products. It's convenient and budget-friendly, making it a go-to for quick shopping trips. You can find great deals on everything from groceries to household items!

Very nice store with pleasant employees...EXCEPT for one...she is rude, curt, sour and just plain hateful. She has NO people skills and obviously should not be handling customers in any capacity. I started going to this store instead of my own because it was so well stocked, but now I'm thinking it's just not worth the aggravation.

By far my favorite Dollar General. The employees are personable and have gone out if their way to help me multiple times. The store is always neat and I never have a hard time finding what I need

I have to say this one had all we needed. Polite store did not have sanitizer. Handicap parking entrance but not bathroom. So much varieties of everything. I enjoy them. Plus veggies sold there.

Went to buy bread an it was $2.90 a loaf guess they have to pay for that new store
