I bought a Silverado a while back from another dealership in Bangor, because I couldn't find what I was looking for and since have had a few minor issues with the truck and Carroll's service department took my truck in and repaired it in record time and gave me a brand new truck to drive while mine was getting fixed. I have bought vehicles from Carrolls since the 1965, pickups , cars and, snowplows and a Ski Doo.and . I bought a Buick from Skip in 1989, he was ill at the time, and this was probably one of the last cars he sold. Kirk has always been the best and Wayne Raymond and Amero In service and parts have always been great. I owned and operated Mars Hill Shippers for 43 years. We dealt with people from all over the U.S. You are never going to satisfy every single customer, but like Carrolls we tried.

I had a great experience at Carroll's! Kirk came out, greeted me and worked hard to get me into an SUV I loved but was also comfortable with, payment wise. I didn't even realize he was the owner until later that day. When an owner comes out to the lot and works with customers, that to me, says so much about the company. I had only stopped in to browse but did not shop elsewhere afterward because of how great my experience had been here; I never felt like a number or "just a sale." They gave me a wonderful deal and service I very much appreciated. Thank you to Kirk and Dwight!

Mitch gave us great service. My wife and I came in just to browse for a vehicle for the family, and he came right out to help us. Within minutes we were already test driving a Chevy Equinox LT that was perfect for us. They were very willing to help and made the experience exciting. Thank you Mitch and Steve for a great day!! The only regret is we should have taken a side view pic of the vehicle so people can see how nice the rims look!!!
