“I had a great experience at Carroll's! Kirk came out, greeted me and worked hard to get me into an SUV I loved but was also comfortable with, payment wise. I didn't even realize he was the owner until later that day. When an owner comes out to the lot and works with customers, that to me, says so much about the company. I had only stopped in to browse but did not shop elsewhere afterward because of how great my experience had been here; I never felt like a number or "just a sale." “I purchased a used Lincoln Nautilus from Nick at Loudon Motors Ford. It might have been the easiest auto purchase I have ever done. We did all the paperwork online and the vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived. I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes completing the deal. I had been looking for weeks at different sites and dealerships and this was by far the best price I saw. I hope I'm as satisfied with the car down the road as I was with the service and attention I received.
I came back today to have my free oil change completed and some minor service work done. Everyone was very nice and the work was completed satisfactorily.”
