This penetrates my heart and I feel this: “WELCOME TO THE FORD FAMILY” and “WE WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN HEARTS ALWAYS!” I also feel “DEEDS NOT WORDS” starting with Michael Klaben Sr. and filtering all throughout the Dealership. When pulling up into the Service Bay, they put a protective plastic covering over your seat and a white floor protector mat over your floor mat as soon as you drive in the Service Bay. Other Ford Dealerships do not do this and they should learn from Klaben Ford Service. Thank you and “ALL KUDOS” to the entire Service Department.
