Christina has done my taxes for several years how. Always fast and friendly! I never have trouble getting a hold of someone and I love the ease of being able to drop off my documents without having to make an appointment. Would always recommend!

Leaving one star because I can’t leave 0.. my mother bonnie and myself applied for a llc in January of 2023 almost a year later and we can even get Christina to return our calls.. receptionist keeps telling us Christina will send a email and call back. Took my money but won’t do the work for it. Smh

Very knowledgeable when it comes to taxes. Takes time to explain everything to you so that you walk away with a clear understanding. Answers questions promptly , even if calling in after taxes are done. Staff is always pleasant and polite. I’ve been going to Christina for several years now and have never had an issue.

The receptionist lies on the phone and is very unprofessional.you replied "there wasn't a David who called" for someone whose job it is to keep records the fact that you have no record of my several calls speaks for itself.

She is very unprofessional. She claims that because my family members account was negative that they couldn't deposit their check. If you are a professional business that money still goes through. She said we left a threatening message when we never did and we have multiple people that can verify that we never did. She told my them that it was their fault that their account was in the negative and that they should've left it positive. She sent an email going off on them and not handling the situation very professionally. I would not go to her or recommend her to anyone.
