Stay away from this company at all costs! I have had to sue the company and the owner Ed Rindenbaugh through Small claims court after months of unsuccessful attempts to be reimbursed for services not received. I won the judgment in court of $1,763.92 on 2/27/2024. Ed stated to the judge that he needed 30 days to get the money to pay me. The judge allowed it and here we are 30 days later and I have still not been paid. Many other people have been victims of this man and his shady practices. Please heed my warning, protect yourself. I will now have to file to garnish his wages. Oh, by the way, Ed is Vice President of Sales for Gorants Candies. He is on 21 News doing holiday promotions for the candy. He is the one dressed as a bunny or in ugly sweaters at Christmas. This man can talk a good game but believe me, he will make you sorry you trusted his words.

It is really upsetting that I have to be put in this position to be leaving a bad review when I'm the first person to tell someone what a great job they are doing. However, after almost 6 months later of no resolution, I am forced to be THAT person.When I booked with Ed in 2022 for our wedding in August of 2023, he was running a special for $1200 all inclusive that included the white escalade and 2 passenger shuttles. He was pleasant and kind on the phone and it was something that I really wanted for my guests since a lot of family were from out of town. I went forward, got the contract and paid the invoice that came over at $1,281. I paid it because there was a time crunch to do so and figured I would contact him to get reimbursed after.I reached out via text beginning in September of 2022 and he replied saying he owes me the $81. I reached out again at the end of that month and I received no reply. I reached out a month later and again, no response.I finally heard from him in April and he asked to call to go over information. He again confirmed the credit he owed and at this point I said we can wait until closer to the date in case we wanted to add on another shuttle for our guests.The week prior/week of we were in contact via phone and email and I reconfirmed the vehicles on our contract and said I would send him the locations and schedule I made to make it easier for the drivers. Everything seemed fine and no issues.The day came and a black shuttle came to pick us up from the salon. Ed came out, told me he did not receive the email but ended up finding it once he checked his spam folder. He then proceeded to tell me to not panic but the white escalade was in an accident the night prior and would not be available. He promised me a refund in full and apologized. He said he would provide a different shuttle because our bridal party would not fit in the black shuttle. I was clearly disappointed but I stayed calm and just went with it because I really had no other option and I was relived that I would at least get my money back.... so I thought.After the ceremony, this shuttle, that has seen better days, came to get the bridal party for us to go get pictures and then take us to the venue. It was like a shuttle bus where everyone was facing forward instead of the limo that we would all be able to actually interreact and just have a good time. I was embarrassed and had to tell them that this was NOT what we had rented.At the end of the night, Ed was the one that took my husband and I to the hotel and he said to reach out via email so I can get my refund. I texted him a couple days after the wedding to say thank you and that I appreciated his staff and services because I thought he was going to make it right.I have emailed him 3 times and sent multiple texts. When he finally responded at the end of September, he said he had undergone some personal issues since the wedding in August but said he had my card information and that there was nothing to do further. I thanked him and gave him my email as reference to check his spam folder for the emails I had sent to him.Mid-October and then end of October I reached out again. He responded to my last text saying he was again having personal issues and that he would figure it out in a day or two...I texted him in December and have called him now 3 times with 3 voicemails and no response.Here's the thing. I understand things happen outside of our control like the wrecked escalade or personal issues but he was the one that offered a refund in full and myself being a person in the wedding industry, this would be something I would also do because I know how much money, time, and effort goes into planning a wedding and I would not want someone to have a bad taste in their mouth. If something is wrong, you fix it. If you make a promise, you keep it. It really is that simple.It's a shame that this happened because I would have loved to say that Ed has a great personality and his drivers were professional and given a 4 or 5 star review.

This company is a buyer beware. He is a smooth talker, promises the world, and rarely delivers. Ed owes me $1737.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB Ed did not respond therefore they now have an F rating. We are now in small claims court. I suggest you look elsewhere for a limo service.

This business is top notch. I used All County Professional Limousine for my wedding and am so glad that I did. Ed was a phenomenal driver and brought blankets so that my dress would not get dirty when entering and exiting the vehicle. He helped me and my family select the best vehicle for my wedding dress (a huge concern of ours) and was overall extremely professional. He arrived early to pick me up and drove safely. I would definitely use his services again. Thank you, Ed!

Highly recommend! Ed and Lou were both awesome! We had two drivers because they were coordinating internal moves to manage a flat tire on one of the other vehicles, but they made sure it did not impact our reservation or experience. Very professional and personable! Will gladly call them again in the future!

Had an awesome time for our friends bachelorette! They were so accommodating and communicated well. Absolutely LOVED our driver Lou!!! He was so much fun and went with the flow since we didn’t have a concrete plan. 10/10 recommend

My experience with All Country Professional Limousine was nothing short of amazing. My limo - WHITE CADILLAC ESCALADE was rented and paid in FULL approx. 10 months before my wedding and when my wedding date came 8/19/2023, a BLACK BEAT UP PARTY BUS was in my drive way! No where did anyone communicate with me or my husband that the vehicle we rented had been contracted out for another event. The inside of the bus had broken blinds, broken lights and it was trash. When my husband questioned the driver he was obviously under the influence of something and could offer no information regarding the change. He went left of center and crossed 4 lanes of traffic on the highway to get off of our exit throwing everyone all over the place. Very unprofessional service .

Hands down Ed is the nicest person that we have ever met. We had a nightmare flight and ended up arriving at CAK past midnight, instead of 6:00 pm at CLE. It was pouring down rain and Ed still picked us up at that time because he was concerned that we would not find other transportation that late at night.We could not be more appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. In November, I had people coming in from Florida and booked a limo through Ed, the money went through and the day before I hadnt heard anything. I called him and he finally reached out at 7pm to tell me he double booked and didnt have a limo for us. He told me he would give me my money back, pay for the limo he found me, and give me a limo to use at another time. I was completely understanding and was impressed with his customer service. When I booked the limo for my step kids to ride in their first limo and take them for a day in cleveland, he sent a car with a driver. I was bummed, but understood there was only a couple of us. The problem came when in February I still did not receive any of my money back. He kept giving me excuses and only paid me a portion when I threatened legal action. To this day, 8 months later, he still has not given me all of the money back. At this point I have given up, but will not ever use them again and will make sure no one I know uses them!
