Very quick process. I was in a pinch after shooting my deer and getting it somewhere early in the warmer part of the season. Jenn took the time after she was closed to take in my deer. The turn around on having my meat back was very quick and she was extremely nice on me having to wait until the weekend to pick up. The meat was trimmed and packaged perfectly. My go to place now for a good/quick process of my deer. Highly Recommend!
