Dr. Whetstone is not seeing patients right now so we had to call Dr. Martin on Saturday. He called back and was very attentive and helpful.

Dr. Martin is absolutely amazing! He is very attentive and listens to his patients. He never seems rushed, rarely have I waited more than 15 minutes on him. He always seems to be on time, and always addresses my concerns. I can’t say enough great things about him. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Martin!

Dr. Martin is very personable. He naturally put us at ease, connected with my Dad and effectively engaged and communicated with him. Dr. Martin was especially tactful and supportive when discussing additional support that my Dad needs. Dr. Martin is at once skilled, professional and compassionate. He surrounds himself with staff that is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to deliver a high level service.

Some of the doctors that work there don’t do their research and don’t follow up with their patients. I’ve been seeing a specific doctor there since I moved to licking county and it’s gone down hill. My sister and I have reported some mental health issues and he just writes a prescription. He has seen my sister and I since we were 5/6. I haven’t seen him unless it was a physical for sports throughout school. Some of the nursing staff is rude and will call you and state whatever if wrong with you on the phone. Nothing is discreet or private with these nurses. My mother had to do her own research and as she’s getting older some of the doctors don’t show any kind of concern or push for anything. They are not passionate about their patients, they do not care or show any compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martins for 20 years, he is absolutely wonderful. He truly cares about the well being of his patients in every aspect. In fact, I’ve been a patient at WMC since my mother transferred me from a pediatrician. The care I’ve received for the past 30+ years has been fantastic and thorough. Admittedly there have been times when the office staff has driven be bonkers. The seemingly endless and ever growing regulations that they must follow and dealing with profit driven insurance companies must create high levels of frustration for them as well. Any mistake, oversight, or issue due to red tape has always been corrected with sincere apologies given. I would like to give more than 5 stars, but that’s all google will allow.

I am 39 years old and have been a patient of Dr. Martin since I was 16. I have grew up in Lancaster, Ohio and now live in Dublin, Ohio. I drive 50 mins to see him if I am sick or in need of medical attention. It’s worth the drive for me because of the prompt service from his staff. I have NEVER waited more than 5 mins to be seen. Once in the exam room the same applies. Dr. Martin truly cares about my health and I wouldn’t go to any other doctor. Love Dr. Martin and his caring staff. Keep up the great work.
