“The lady on the phone was super friendly. She told me it would be an hour to an hour and a 1/2 before somebody would get to me. They got there in about 2 hours but But there was a really bad storm, so it was understandable. The driver came. He was even friendlier than the woman on the phone. He got my car hooked up and the way we went. The truck itself was super clean and smelled good, which was a plus And the driver was super friendly and it was like riding with one of my friends I knew for a long time and not awkward at all. Thank you, chuck's towing for everything and thank you West for making a stressful morning a lot less stressful. I hope I don't break down but if I do. I'll be giving you guys a call again.”
