GEICO called these folks when I needed roadside assistance. They canceled 25 minutes later with no explanation, which meant I had to wait even longer for my jump start. The owner responded to my previous review saying they only help cops on the weekends ? If that’s the case, tell GEICO.

BEWARE!!! Highly recommend not using the towing company. Instead of doing their job like they’re supposed to and tow the vehicle to the mechanic shop, they like to Try to be a mechanic and diagnose vehicle on site and steal work from people. Highly unprofessional. Not to mention the gentleman who runs that place continue to call back and scream at the top of his lungs and become defensive because I told him that I will never be calling their company for a tow again due to the unprofessionalism of going behind somebody’s back and Trying to make an extra buck off of somebody. Which Completely explains why you guys only have 2.4 stars. Not really sure how you guys stay in business.

I had the need for a leak in my RV. I called Southwest Companies or whatever their company name as they seem to have many. There was no mention as to what their service call was until the technician came. His first words were their service charge was $275. I stopped him and said I think we need to stop right there as I felt the charge was outrageous. He informed me that I would still have to pay that and just parts and labor. He then asked for my drivers license, credit card and registration to my RV. He went back to his truck and filled out a boat load of paperwork then said sign here, here and here. No mention of labor charge, no mention of $3.00 per mile charge. He started my project and took several phone calls while on my project. He also video taped our entire conversation. My gut feeling was to stop him but I had never encountered this before. He got the actual job done in about 15 minutes. He then returned to his truck to do more paperwork. I waited for a long time then told him I needed to leave. He finally came out with the bill. He had to replace a 4 foot pex line. Pex line runs about .05 per foot. So now the final bill. He charged $987.67 to replace a 4 ft pex line. Then I received the actual breakdown of his ridiculous charges. 275 for service call, $360 for mileage, $175 for 1 hour of labor that only took 15 minutes plus $50 for the pex line. I came unglued and he took off the mileage charge. $584 for a .20 part. These people go under 20 plus different names so cant be trusted. Do not call these crooks.

These people took us to the cleaners. They were recommended for RV refrigerator repair and $1500 later the refrigerator still doesn't work. They charged $175/hour for labor, $275 flat rate for a service call and $3.00/mile. Be forewarned, that they will not do anything until they have your credit card information. The biggest frustration was the labor rate. The technician, Rob, milked it for everything he could. He took many phone calls that took a significant amount of time and spent an excessive amount of time processing paperwork before and after addressing the refrigerator all while charging us for the time. Also, the $3.00/mile fee seems excessive. Let me say this again. $1500 for a service that didn't remedy the problem. I could have bought a new one for that.

This company was called by my roadside assistance whom I paid for the tow. They tried to charge me over $900 for towing my car less then 15 miles and they damaged my vehicle. When I told the driver I already paid my roadside assistance amount they said well we didn’t receive anything and unless you pay me the fee I have to take your car and charge you for storage. When my roadside assistance people called the driver he refused to bring me back my car until the morning when he could figure out what was going on with his billing department. On top of damaging my car and trying to commit fraud, he also tried to get me to use their garage to get my car fixed and tried to talk me into claiming more damage on my car then was there when I reported it to my insurance company. I will be filing a lot of different inquiries for this pos company and making sure everyone knows about the fraud they are committed to doing.Service: Car towing

The worst people ever... If I could give them -0 i would ... I called them to jumpstart my truck, whoever answer the phone calls is ridiculously rude anyhow we forgot to ask the price before they came and they took advantage of me charging me $296 for a jumpstart that took less than 10 minutes... its pathetic how these people live on robbing those in need. Never ever using their overpriced service again, oh and I was short $8 and the guy wouldn't discount that. He held my license for 15 minutes until I got the 8 bucks for him. I'm speechless

NEVER Call them, they'll over charge you for everything. 500$ surcharge because it was cold outside and did not even find the problem on my trailer. Total 1255$ for nothing. They don't know what they are doing, I found the problem myself the next day. If you guys don't wanna working in cold weather, don't do road calls, period. Worst towing company. No need to reply.

Initially when called, and explained where the car was being towed to, my girlfriend agreed to pay for the tow today which was SUPPOSED to be $125. Upon arrival, the tow was $400+ and the operator rammed the car in the back of the tow truck busting the passenger light lens and shattered it. Now, my girlfriend is trying to follow the tow truck to the destination and he is speeding and she can barely keep up with him. Now, on top of the extremely expensive tow bill, I now have to replace the light lens which will be more $$ than what was scheduled for. Thanks for the help.
