These people took us to the cleaners. They were recommended for RV refrigerator repair and $1500 later the refrigerator still doesn't work. They charged $175/hour for labor, $275 flat rate for a service call and $3.00/mile. Be forewarned, that they will not do anything until they have your credit card information. The biggest frustration was the labor rate. The technician, Rob, milked it for everything he could. He took many phone calls that took a significant amount of time and spent an excessive amount of time processing paperwork before and after addressing the refrigerator all while charging us for the time. Also, the $3.00/mile fee seems excessive. Let me say this again. $1500 for a service that didn't remedy the problem. I could have bought a new one for that.... Read More

I purchased the Vanguard MK1 I size small, along with the Scott name shield for my mask and love both of them! I got everything in a timely manner from when I purchased. They were very accommodating when it came to getting me the right size. Unfortunately the gloves were dried and shrank after one use. I am going up a size and in hopes that if they do get dried again they will still fit. I absolutely loved them though, dexterity wise they were the best fit glove I've ever had. Even though it was my fault the Redd brothers got me another pair and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this company!

I took in my tow truck to get looked at for a light bar issue. I sent my driver, One of the gentleman was very nice enough to get my truck to the back to get look without having to wait to long... he sympathize with me because I told him how fiesta has really slowed down our business and having the truck down doesn't help so he was nice enough to get it back there. 20 minutes later I was told it is a short in the wiring system and I would have to leave it there for a couple of days. I quickly told my driver to take it to spit fire in the southside because they specialize in electrical issues and although they were very busy they said to just bring it and if it's something quick will knock it out. Five minutes later after my truck shows up to spitfire, it was just a fuse. I called back to Southwest, and ask for the service department and told them what had happened very politely... but did let it known that my truck would have been down for two or three days when all it was was just a fuse and NOT a short in the wire system. The man told me, "I'm happy for you, ****I hope you choke in your sleep".***I stayed calm, and professional as we hung up. I called back to speak to an owner or manager, and the same guy answered and said he was going to put the manager on the phone and he never did he came back on the claim he was a manager. I politely asked them how could he talk to a customer like that, he told me I was not a customer and he hates dealing with assholes. I never once was disrespectful and anyway, even at the way he talk to me I just want people to be aware of the kind of people that run that place.
