Walked in a few minutes before 0600 and they was setting breakfast out. Went to the bathroom and had to fight the toilet seat to stay on the toilet. Went I got back out front, shelves weren't too stocked. They had regular breakfast hot bar (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy). They also had sausage/egg/cheese French toast sandwiches and bacon/egg/cheese French toast sandwiches. No jumbo breakfast burritos which is sad but oh well! Maybe next time. Friendly staff when they wasn't yaba dada-ing with management about who was or wasn't working and if they show up on time.
Might not be a top tier flying J, but definitely not the worst.

Showers are so small and poorly ventilated that the whole shower room gets wet and it's too humid. No cappuccino machine. No cinnabon.

Wow. Showers are not clean. Looks like they are just mapping the floor with towels, and that'sit. I had to switch the shower room three times before I've got the one that was ok. In the first two floors, they had drippings from shampoo, etc. The toilet seats were full of hair. Even this one is not clean. Flying J becomes the worth. The blonde ladie represented herself as supervisor, and after my complaint, she didn't even check a shower room. Flying J really needs to pay attention to this location!!!

Rude employees, the parking lots trashed wasn't even here close to an hour before they started telling me to leave while waiting on my money to hit my card. Then before the time they told me to be gone by sending dogs out into the heat they told me to leave gave me an hour and then within 30 mins they started threatening to call cops after I get my receipt I'm calling corporate.

I have had almost good experience with other truck stops so far, but unfortunately at this truck stop, not a good experience, someone at the meddle of the night came and knocked my truck twice and told me to park somewhere else because he wants to park his truck with trailer at this spot. While the spot was free and everyone was allowed to park. So I told him why you can’t park somewhere else? I already parked my truck here, and told him please do not knock the truck again because it’s my rest time, he left and said he is going to call the police, and after a while the police officer came and told me that I didn’t pay the parking spot and I need to leave, while the parking spot was free. Overall I did not have a good experience and left the truck parking Area, since I didn’t feel this truck stop management friendly, I am giving this review.

Terrible service, there was noone in line except the guy asking for food, got behind him and the lady serving him saw me. Went to check him out and righ at that moment there were 6 people who got in line after me. Manager opened up a register and yelled across that I had to get in the line, mind you the back of he line now, if I wanted to get serviced. Needed some food and drink, walked right out since you guys don't seem to need my service after fueling up and scaling. Guess I'll take my business someplace they need it.
I guess I really have to thank you in a way, didn't know the TA next exit on the east bound side had a Popeyes. Guess I'll be having a better feast that what I was going to get from you.
Oh... and I know you may not need it, now like I travel frequently through here, but I'll make it my mission to not stop here again, neither for fuel with the relay discount, nor scales, nor parking. It's just... good business.

Handicap shower was great. Mom in a wheelchair so she showers here. My only issue and I hope it's fixed ASAP. Is the BLACK MOLD on the inside of the shower curtain. Please put a new on in there immediately.

Horrible customer service here. I was asked to put down my items and leave tge store or I would be arrested by cashiers they were all rude and disrespectful . Store is nasty . As well.

One of the cashier's had a very nasty attitude one day. Didn't say anything back because if you do they call the police and take your picture and banned from this place for life.
So I called Flying J phone line and made a complaint.
So about a week later the general manager called and apologized for the lady. Promised me a free dinner.
Well I decide to take him on his offer. Well according to him he never promised me a free dinner period and was if I ever pulled another stunt like this again that I will never be allowed back on the property. Well bud you must have a very short memory. You promised and going back on your word and that is two faced. Travis Maddox

RV Driver (Class A 30ft + 15ft tow)
We stayed here overnight at the end of March 2024 and can confirm that it’s a very well lit and safe place for other RV travelers. Felt completely safe parking here overnight with family. Older reviews stating parking issues can be dismissed. More on this later.
The Flying J team inside was wonderfully friendly when I asked if we could park overnight. They even let me know about the dump station and other amenities I could use before we leave.
Lots of reviews (which were very old) state issues with Bobtails parking in spots for RVs. Can confirm this is NOT an issue any more. The store now has around 10 dedicated RV spots with explicit instructions saying “No Bobtails” painted right on the pavement.
Would not hesitate to park here or stay overnight. Cannot thank the Flying J team enough for helping a family find a safe place to park and sleep overnight.

Definitely not the friendly experience that I’ve received in the past. Management has really left this location go down hill. Trash strewn about and overflowing garbage. I asked the lady for a whole pizza. There was one ready to go in the hot case. She refused to sell it to me. After I bit of a heated exchange, I was informed not to come back to her store. Apparently she’s the one responsible for the condition that this location is in; being “her” store. After 20 years of stopping in Millersport, I’m done. There are myriad other establishments that would appreciate my want to buy something that they sell.
