“I am so impressed with the employees at that store, nice and helpful! I do most of my grocery shopping there and truly enjoy my interactions with most of the employees. The store is usually well stocked with a good selection and nice sales. It pays to use the app for shopping and if there’s an issue CS can typically take care of it. The only negative I can think of is the personal shoppers and stockers (that used to happen more at night pre-covid) that seem to be in the way a lot but otherwise a good experience. Thanks Heath Kroger employees!”

“After recently beginning to use a pharmacy regularly, I was shocked at how terrible the experience was at major retailers like CVS and Krogers. Long wait times, constant mistakes requiring me to call back and forth to the doctor's office and the pharmacy to verify things, being told it is worked out now, only to show up and wait again and find out there is still an issue!That is why Ive been so grateful for the quick and personal service at Royal Pharmacy. There is never a line, has never been a mistake, and if there is a problem the pharmacist has offered to communicate with the doctor's office herself and call me when it is worked out. I always see the same woman there and she gives great service and really seems to care about my experience. She is even gracious when I run in there 5 minutes before closing as I am prone to do. This is the difference between a small business vs a large company. Ive seen advertised on their window free delivery as well which Ive never used but sounds like a great service. Id recommend Royal Pharmacy to anyone.”

“We started using this company for my son's DME. They have been very kind and easy to work with! All of our supplies came... the correct ones and on time!! This had been a huge problem with our other company in the past. I also really prefer Embrace's chux pads:) . Had I known about this place we would have switched sooner. I definitely recommend!”

“I was recommended to Giant Eagle pharmacy by my doctor for hard to fill prescriptions. Not only did they have it ready for me within an hour but all of my insurance info had been sent electronically as well. The staff are friendly and it seemed to be a very well organized workplace. Price was less expensive too!”

“Small town pharmacy feel that I remember from years ago. Glad this is a option in my local area. Usually in and out within 5 minutes. One time my Rx was not ready but they filled it on the spot was still out the door within 10 minutes. Have not had any issues with the service”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for about 6 to 8 months. They are awesome. The ladies who work up front are friendly and very helpful. It's a small home town pharmacy that makes you feel like family. They even ask about my kids and remember things I've said about my health. Always call and give them notice and meds are ready as soon as I get there.”
