DO NOT take your vehicle here to be repaired! I took my car there to get AC fixed, they told me it’s fixed, charged me $1200… a couple days later my AC isn’t working again, doing the same thing it did before i spent $1200 on the AC so I call them and they tell me to bring it in again to check it out, I took the car in again and they tell me they something else is wrong, that they missed that AC leak. They will take advantage of you in anyway they possibly can and get as much money out of you that’s possible. Charged me for labor for both times I had it in even though the only reason it was in the 2nd time is cause they SCREWED up and didn’t fix it the first time it was in but that didn’t matter. Money hungry dealership that doesn’t have service guys that know what they’re doing!

I’m a 19 year old and my mom doesn’t like confrontation but I need to bring this to light somehow. They’ve had our car for two full months fixing an issue that was supposedly an easy problem to solve. They constantly belittled my mother, presumably because they assume women know nothing about cars, and they only started making progress once my mother’s male friend started calling every single day to check in. We still don’t have our car despite it supposedly being done. Do NOT come here for car troubles.

I’m from Michigan and recently purchased a low mileage, late model vehicle at Village Motors and my experience as a customer was excellent! Patrick was my Sales Associate, and he was very professional, honest, and responsive. We agreed on a fair price and there were no hidden ups or extras. Once I arrived at the dealer, my new car was spotlessly clean inside and out. The oil and filter had been changed and there was a full tank of gas in it. Patrick even assisted me in getting my rental car back to the rental car agency – saving me at least 2 hours on my trip! Cory the Sales Business Manager took me through the necessary forms and processed the title work. He too was extremely helpful, cordial, and professional. With such dedicated people at Village Motors, the whole purchase process was easy and completely without stress or issues. In closing, I highly recommend Village Motors and will be sending friends/family as referrals in the future. Many thanks to all!

Scheduled my Jeep for service. Brought it in and they told me nothing was wrong with it. My Jeep has the same problem it did before I had service done and had to pay for it. Called them back to ask about it and was told to bring it back in a pay again by a very unfriendly employee. Would never recommend this dealership. Haven’t had one good experience here.

I was employed by them couldn't handle the fact that they let a gay guy run around there flashing his privates to other employees and was constantly making shrued comments tried to file a complaint and couldnt they don't even have a handbook and forced me to resign instead of addressing the problem they don't care about there employees and they constantly lie to customers

Village Motors has been wonderful to work with. After our van was damaged in a 4 car accident, they made it look like new again. We are beyond pleased. We would recommend the body shop to everyone. They took my vehicle in at the scheduled time, did the oil change, added air to a tire that was low, and they were very pleasant and friendly the entire time. Couldn't have asked for better service.
