I know “never” is a long time , but I will never change banks from PNC , how easy it is to use the app for my business and personal account, and most importantly how the PNC staff in Millersburg and Wooster treat me for the past 3 years can not be topped by any other bank.

I have banked with Pnc for close to 10 years. But in the last few years they have changed a lot if not everything. Like for instance a new manager every couple months it seems like…. "due to corporate protocol" should be there company slogan. I am Moving my banking to a local bank. My biggest concern and the deciding factor was when I tried to draw $10,000 of my own cash out of savings and they refused to give it to me and said I would need to call in ahead and schedule a withdrawal of that amount, so if you want your money, not to be your money, this is your bank, if you want your money to be your money, consider somewhere else.

Move your $ out of this bank. I got better, reliable service in DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, isn't that sad? ATM/CDM is never working, and the CDM spits your $ out on the rare occasion it is "working" & it ate $10 today... When I inquired about it, PNC said they don't operate those ATM's it's a service company they outsource, and you should call and argue with- now c'mon- is that a game plan to drive customers away for good or what? No accountability over their own systems= no need for customers= no need for these brick and mortar headaches. Aside from that, multiple hackers found attempting to access my account, and Loss Prevention contacted me on these out of state hackers- yet didn't pursue them. Your $ is better off under your mattress, in gold, or in another higher quality institution folks....

Do not try to get a mortgage loan here as their loan department thinks nothing of charging sellers additional money for repairs on their house and make the buyer pay for additional inspections. They could not make it to the closing table on time if their life depended on it. Absolutely can only do one thing at a time and they have no foresight into contemplating what the next step should be. Do yourself a favor and go to a mortgage broker, not a big box bank like this one. I would give them a -5 stars if I could for all the stress they put on the buyers and sellers.
