I don't always get all of my parts from Napa, I shop around for the best deals. Needed an alternator for my truck. They told me the price and I asked if they could come down on the price any, they knocked $20 off which put them $12 less than anyone else in town. Of course they had it in stock as well which is always handy.

Most of the time I go there there is a woman behind the counter that has no clue what she is looking for and when they do find it it is very overpriced better off getting on RockAuto or Amazon
