I purchased the 8x8 green house. From the start the experience was extremely poor. First it arrived via FedEx freight on a pallet that weighed 1600 lbs. the driver told us they are not allowed to unload it and we needed to do it ourselves. We had 3 people struggle in the Texas heat unpacking the pallet piece by piece and it took over an hour it get it off the truck. The driver advised us that we'd get a bill from FedEx due to the delay in getting it off the truck and it would be expensive. Immediately we saw that that there were several pieces that were damaged; particle board and several split wood pieces. The quality for the price is subpar and all the pieces are the lowest quality. The assembly is extremely misleading. This is not an east DIY assembly unless you have carpentry experience. It is also not a day project. I had to hire 2 individuals that are experienced in home remolding and it took them 2 full days to assemble. The wall panels weigh at least 350 lbs each so needless to say, they were very difficult to manage.The pictures show a very pretty painted version but what you get is an ugly tan version with particle board on the exterior window trim and non-treated cheap lumber. It will take you hours to prime, paint and waterproof. This product is definitely NOT worth the price. I regret not buying a shed locally and just putting windows in it.

Bought a shed for a client through Home Depot.After waiting a month and a half for shipping (understandably due to weather), we received our 12x12 shed.Huge gaps in the roof sheeting, complete with miscuts in the sheeting.Siding not matching up.Not enough hardware.No corner trim.No floor joistsFloor sheeting way too thin.Pieces cut to wrong specifications.After two days of attempting to work with LCC as our client is extremely unhappy with the quality and wanting a refund, LCC informed me they would send me replacement parts, but not refund due to "builders error". (I spoke with the guy Owen who cuts the pieces. You know he'll own cranking out inferior quality). My client is not happy with the overall quality of the product. She doesn't want it. I'm not going to force her to keep it.Why would you keep sending me parts AT YOUR EXPENSE for me to continually "build it wrong" in their words?Terrible customer service as nobody wants to take responsibility.Just refund me, take this back or don't I really don't care. But it's not staying and I will get my money back. One way or another.Avoid this company.

Ordered a 10x12 pre-cut Little Cottage shed from Lowe’s . Received a mixer of 8x8 and 10x12 materials. Could not complete it. Now we’re have to modified the shed. Definitely not not happy with the product.

This product is substandard at best. Definitely not worth the price paid for materials that have to be modified and will have to be remodified to keep from deteriorating after a couple of rains. There is definitely NOT hardwood construction throughout. Mostly particle board. These people should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a poor product. Sad I purchased this greenhouse. It took over 18 weeks to be delivered. After this long a wait I am completely disappointed and had to put almost the cost of the greenhouse back into the building to make it last more than a year or two if that long. Do not purchase this product!
