Great people. Fixed my truck for a quarter of the price and did it in a day! Took to 2 other shops couldn’t fix it. Literally the best shop in Ohio!

Good people, have OCD about getting the job done right. Good pricing and look beyond your basic trouble.

Jeremy and his team were extremely helpful when our car broke down while visiting the Millersburg area. They performed the necessary repairs in a timely manner and were very pleasant to work with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On four separate occasions, I have had Jam Auto Repair and the mechanics there solved and fixed problems that were ignored by the local auto dealer who will remain unnamed. The first incident was a leakage from the radiator area, that was ignored at the dealership. It eventually grew to be a larger leak and by adding coolant I was able to drive my 2014 Town and Country front-wheel drive van with 150,000 miles less than 10 miles to the Jam Auto Repair shop. They found the leak after some routine pressurization tests and replaced the heater by pass tubing connector. The second incident is when Jeremy advised me that my rear brake calibers pads were worn to the point that further wear would damage the rotors - an expensive repair. The dealer had merely noted that the rear rotors had some rust! The third incident occurred on the road when the radiator expelled all the coolant a few miles from my home. In that case, I had the car towed to Jam Auto Repair. It turned out to be a loose radiator hose and the only folks up until that point that ever worked on that van were the auto dealer where I bought it!Needless to say, the van will always be repaired by Jeremy and his fellow mechanics in the future!Services: Tires

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I used them for about a half a year and it was a nightmare experience. One of the first repairs they performed included replacing tires. I got the vehicle back and it was shaking. I told him to rebalance them but he didn’t listen and looked at the suspension and replaced a part. Long story short I returned the vehicle 3 times just to find out his tire machine was faulty and he had to take it to another shop to get it done correctly. I had overheating issues with my engine and he diagnosed as a bad head gasket so he ended up replacing the whole engine. (Costing me thousands) The new motor ended up overheating the exact same as the one they just replaced. Long story short, the only issue was a bad radiator. While he replaced the engine he randomly decided to replace my headlight (spending my money) without asking me. I had him replace some tail light bulbs and got the vehicle back with 2 more bulbs broken. I received a vehicle back with my gauge cluster not working at all. They got glue on my rear bumper one time and got grease all over my interior. They forgot to replace a fuel filter one instance. They installed parts backwards on some a-arms another instance causing the alignment he performed not to be possible. I spent another $900 at another shop fixing that mistake. I could go on because they messed something up pretty much every time they performed a repair causing me to return the vehicle atleast once, twice or sometimes 3 times before done correctly. These guys never apologized for any of it and had nothing but excuses. If you love throwing your money away and love less than poor quality work these are your guys!! I have family members that have all had nightmare experiences as well with Jeremy and his workers. DONT USE JAM AUTO!!
