I had a great experience with the service department today. It was a routine oil change, but they also rotated my tires at no extra charge. They were significantly less than the chain fast change shop I was using. I feel better having a reputable dealer doing my service on a vehicle they sold to me.

Bought a 20/24 GMC crew cab dually four-wheel drive Denali ultimate edition the thing is absolutely awesome. The guys there had it ready for us in a day and everything went smooth as silk.

Would not recommend. Wanted just to look around as I was out seeing what is available locally, just staring to shop around for cars and narrow it down. Was shuffled into the office, asked for ID, SS number etc. I really had no preconceived ideas on what I was looking for outside of awd. The manager comes over to try and wring more information from me to better assist, i said i didnt know and wanted to look around the lot. While i waited i was listening to somone on the phone hard selling someone else. They presume to bring something to the door for me to look at, when I had clearly said I wanted to look round the lot several times. I hated it and left, told them I wanted to buy a car, not be sold one. By this point I was visually upset and bordering on a panic attack. I have since received a phone call from.the kid there, really want to sell you a car blah blah. Couldn't get him to take the hint and get off with polite excuses, and had to hang up on him. And then the follow up letter. I feel harassed at this point. Avoid them. Seriously, just don't go there. I shopped 6 lots including this one and not one other salesman has pressured me like this. Will not be going back.

My Father and I purchased a new GMC Terrain at Chuck Nicholson Inc., only several days ago. I am in my 60s and have purchased automobiles in both the United States and overseas. This particular experience is noteworthy of the time to say "Thank You" to the exemplary Staff at Nicholson's in Millersburg. Our purchasing experience was a very positive education. I feel the sales Staff there, Chad Mills and Gary Schrock, are truly professionals. It was obvious to me their intent was to see us in the best vehicle to match our requirements. Even the store manager Mr. Barry Nicholson was involved to show the level and depth of professionalism that is provided to clients. I already knew and experienced the Dealership in providing a great maintenance & repair legacy...for our Family's vehicles...now I am comfortable in recommending the entire Dealership to whomever wishes to purchase a new/used Chevy/GMC.
