I drove by this dealership and figured I’d stop in and just look at what they had, and now I own a 2025 GMC 3500HD, Tylor helped me and got the job done, very respectable and NON pushy salesman, the rest of the staff was great to deal with as well, a lot of good people in there. 10/10 would do business with them again.

This dealership does not "treat you like family". Bought a truck, left dealership and 15 min later, tranny problems. Paid cash snd apparently they got their money which was all they cared about. Called and texted Tyler numerous times about needing owners manual and a remote left in my trade in. After contacting general manager twice, 4 weeks later got owners manual but no remote. Were supposed to send paperwork to transfer trade in title. After reminding them twice, still receiving silent treatment. Very unprofessional and warning is to stay far away from this dealership. They could care less about you once they have sold you the vehicle. It has now been 50 days and counting and still waiting gor the title to truck we bought. Checked and title still in dealerships name . We had to purchase another temporary tag! Turner it over to Ohio Attorney. General office.

I can not say how amazing and easy my first car purchase was. Tylor grant from Chevy dealership in millersburg Ohio is an outstanding worker!!! He made everything go so smooth and he went above and beyond to make my first car purchase very easy and successful!!!! Would highly recommend Tylor grant to anyone that is looking to purchase a Vehicle!! I even brought in my little sister and she loves corvettes, she saw one in the lobby and got so excited over it!! Tylor let her have the opportunity to sit in the corvette and it made her entire week!
