Great shop! I have been going to Charm Engine for over 10 years for all my equipment repair and mower needs even though I live over 90 miles away, I have never been disappointed. It is always as top notch as humanly possible The staff (esp John) is awesome. I recently purchased a zero turn mower. John went above and beyond to help me pick out the right mower for my needs. I could not be any more satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend this facility for all your repair work and new equipment purchases. As I mentioned, this is not my first time coming here and it sure will not be the last.

Very disappointed ? took our tractor was having engine problems still under warranty to find out they had to replace the engine but could not get an engine for it after almost a year and many phone calls finally got the call that it was ready after getting it home and going over it found out they did not hook the tack back up and some other things ? never again.

Very friendly, great service. The dealership were I purchased my tractor tried for three years to correct a ongoing problem and failed. Charm engine fixed it first try.
