I came here because of 5 star Nothing was emergency I call them before I arrived Drop trailer 11:00AM they finish 15:30 pmThey charge one brake chamber and alignment nothing else they do I was thereThey have been working less than 2 hr the guy was out most of the time and total time was here 4hr and 30 minute the bill came out 6 hr labor I asked him I am here 4:30 where did you get this? No answer not recommended stay away this shop

Jim that runs the shop, really came thru for me. Asked his welder too look at my issue an he said he could do it....... believe his name is allen tig welded my part back together...... got me back rollin....If I'm near there with a problem I will be back.....The price was right also....They sell trailer parts,lights etc....

Incredibly nice people. I stopped to buy an air line hose, and they had everything a trailer needs, and they also service.They were nice enough to let me borrow a ranch and repair my air line myself, and they had the spring to hold the hoses with clips to the trailer, which no truck stop had.Prices are very reasonable.Very thankful!

I needed work performed on my utility trailer and was looking for a quick turnaround. Lakeshore agreed to do the work and provided excellent customer service. They ordered a new axle and other parts and completed the work within a 24 hour time frame. I can’t say enough about their quality of workmanship and communication throughout the process. I especially appreciated their willingness to take on a small job for a new customer and expedite it. Thanks to the entire Lakeshore staff for a job well done.

Spoke with parts, gave them cross part numbers along with original part number. Was given a part that didnt match the picture I showed them. Parts guy said that is the replacement, you just put a blocker in that hole. 157.00 dollar lesson, when it dont match your picture dont buy it. Worse part is I am an OTR driver, not like I can just pop in and return the part. Hopefully this helps other drivers to not make that mistake.
