“I went in there to replace a phone that quit working Sunday December 12th and the gentleman working I believe his name was Antoine was super he plugged my phone in to see if it would come back so he can save my contacts while we set up the new phone and it came back to life and he took the time to transfer it over awesome service he also took the time to show me how this phone works from what I was used to. that man need a raise?”

“Currently a Verizon prepaid customer. I'm prepaid by choice, I like to buy my phones cash and use the prepaid because its cheaper than contracts that include phones. The service is very good much better than AT&T that I had in the past. The employees are friendly and this location is clean and well maintained. I do not like their app because it seems like regardless if I'm on cellular service or wifi it never works right which as a prepaid customer is how I control my account.”
“We where charged for the month after the line was cancled and had some issues with the customer service line telling us we needed a pin we never set. We went into the store and asked for help and Scean went above and beyond. Rest our pin for us, conformed identity for us and even stood up to the customer service line making sure we got answers to our questions. We would have gotten nowhere without him. A month ago we came in and had a completely different experience. We wanted a new phone or mine fixed and it honestly felt like they didn't want to help us so we left. Today was very different, had we been helped with that energy a month ago we would not have switched providers.”

“I go to this convenience store multiple times a day. They offer my favorite snack and my favorite soda and the prices are so low they are the cheapest option I've personally ever encountered which makes them such a great option in my opinion as other places I feel are charging way too much for foundation drink and munchie options. My favorite part about this store is that they will make your frozen pizza for you in the store and the oven cooks it in 2 minutes so it's so convenient. I get a pizza every single day because it's so easy. The employees are all very awesome people as well and I have come to be fond of every one of them since moving to my new home and going here since it's right next to my residence. The only issues I have had have been when they're out of pizza because sometimes it will take up to 3 days for them to get the order delivered with more but I am just being nit picky there. I also don't like that there donuts get delivered in the evening so they don't have very many in the morning left and the options aren't the best and it's just silly to me that they serve them kinda backwards. My complaints are very silly though I understand so I will end with saying that this is a great place to go to have short interactions with other people from the community and also to get drinks and food when you want a quick, easy, and convenient option. I highly recommend that if you're around the area that you stop by and get something to support everyone that has a part of operating this location because they do an amazing job and the owners and all the employees deserve to have your business. “I love this 7-11. The staff is amazing (still miss Alice tho) they always have what I need .. the 7-11 app is also convenient.. Something the counters can be sticky and the store a little messy but they do get busy and when their not busy they are stocking and cleaning .. I recommend this 7-11 over the one on Woodville road any day ..”
