“This is definitely one of the better stores. It’s extremely clean, and they usually have everything that I have needed, and it saves me a trip to Kroger‘s. if I want obviously to buy a cart full of groceries I’ll go to Walmart, Sam’s or Costco. Kroger‘s this one out here in the Point leaves a lot to be desired. Go to the Kroger on Glendale Avenue. Walk through that store and you’ll see the difference. Guarantee it but this is a review for dollar tree out here in ZIP Code 43611 and it’s very nice it’s laid out well and clean and the people are very nice and polite.”

“This is the only Dollar General I've visited that actually sells fresh fruit and vegetables. There's only a tiny area with fresh fruit and vegetables so there aren't too many varieties. But I'm just happy I can pick up a bag of carrots or apples from this DG. I wish more DG stores would carry fresh fruit and vegetables.”

“I NEVER wanted to shop here; then COVID hit. You can actually sustain a small household with products they carry. Ever since we lost our last grocery store, and then not long after, the Pharm, we have been in a food desert. This store is usually fairly organized unlike others I have frequented. The only thing they lack is fresh produce, which I see that other stores are starting to carry. Maybe they will add that for Rossford in the Future. They would have gotten 5 stars, but they close randomly and also only take cash at times. If management could only get that part together.”
“Was in the checkout lane, and witnessed a man fall not once but twice. He ended up with injuries to his face, the cashier didn’t hesitate to run outside and help the man. She helped escort him into the store where they provided a chair for him to set in. And offered to call for help but he just wanted a few minutes to rest. Shows there is still good people in this world.”
“Came in for Printer Paper. Asked a nice young lady employee when I came in the store where I might find some. Instead of just pointing to an aisle and grunting, There. She walked me right to where it was and placed it in my hand. When I checked out she was behind the register to ring me up. You have a cashier there that goes above and beyond in representing what Customer Service is.”
“The Family Dollar on East Broadway has a nice selection. The store is well maintained so customers can actually find what their looking for and the cashiers are always pleasant. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that around 3 pm the store is packed and 1 cashier is available, which prolongs the checkout time.”

“There's this newer redhead employee that is very attentive and friendly and kind of gives me bedroom eyes when I'm buying something, and she hasn't made any advances or broke any conduct rules, but I just thought I should iterate that she could definitely get it if she wants it, I usually date older women anyway, I just don't make advances because I'm used to being asked out.”
“I stopped at the dollar tree on Manhattan yesterday evening around 5pm (03/15/22.) The employees that were working yesterday were very polite and friendly. I grabbed two items. When I went to go checkout, I was actually short 68 cents. I asked the cashier to take one of the two items off. Instead, the employee took a dollar from her own personal money to cover mine. Yeah, it may have only been some change.. but it was the fact that she did it in the first place. It is something to be commended for. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I didn't. Thank-you for your kind gesture. I will be sure to pay it forward!”
“I visited Dollar general and unexpectedly found what I was looking for. I found beautiful decorative Christmas boxes that I was looking for that only cost $2 per box. That is the best price I've ever encountered for boxes that were as beautiful as they are.”

“My family and I frequently rent cabins at Maumee Bay State Park. We're from Michigan and aren't that familiar with the area. We always come here to pick up groceries while we're at the cabins because this store is only about 3 miles away. I've been to a ton of dollar stores and I will say that this location is one of the CLEANEST and well-maintained stores I've ever been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the shelves are always well-stocked. Highly recommended if you need to pick up any items you forgot to pack while visiting the park.”
“They get busy but that's just how it is when the neighborhood is a food desert (google that). They can get understocked, but that's on the company. But management and the employees are calm and collected, and are wonderful to those of us that can be a pain sometimes. They have no problem double bagging for those like me who walk there, they do everything in their power to keep crime out of the store, and do everything they can to accommodate those who do business with them. “They just got a truck in so was stocking shelves yet both employees were so helpful, answered all my questions and were such a breath of fresh air I needed?? I found so many amazing deals I never knew about the $1 area was able to get a lot of things I needed thanks to deals. I never used to go because always cswas closed yet last 3 times I've tried it was open and same cashier (name starts with a "V") who greets everyone with a smile and is so cheerful (thank you again for being you!!!) was working. The woman stocking (name.starts with an "A") was so helpful to me and couple other customers also it was a nice experience so tysvm??”

“Fantastic store with extremely nice workers. They're helpful and nice and always willing to go above snd beyond to get the job done. I also see alot of people complaining about it being cluttered. On days it gets its trucks in they're in the process of stocking everything so the store has its racks of inventory out as they're process unloading everything. They work extremely hard to get everything out away as fast as possible but being understaffed they do an amazing job at getting it out away as quickly as they do.”
