Slow slow slow with ice cream orders! I’ve been here a few times with my daughter for a couple cups of ice cream and it has been slow every time! Also if you’re going to have technology to order ice cream, maybe include an estimated wait time?!

Employees they have are good. Always short staffed, always extreme waits for ice cream. UDF is notoriously cheap with labor costs. They need to be serious and pay more to attract more workers. I like the dinosaur egg ice cream.

Always loved UDF. How can you promote family when there are no changing tables in the restroom? I even asked a clerk if there were any in the woman's, and she rudely said no. I left without buying anything, changed the diaper on the tailgate of the truck, and took my business elsewhere. One star for the rude employee, zero stars for having no changing tables in a brand new building.

Getting a milkshake from udf has always been a favorite thing of mine to do when back in Cincinnati. The attitude of the employee working in this establishment tonight was very unprofessional. He was slamming items while preparing milkshakes. He was extremely rude, talking bad about his job and his coworkers. It made a bunch of customers uncomfortable and I noticed a few leaving. 30 minute wait time for a milkshake is what he was telling customers as they would walk up to order. Udf management needs to do some training

All the employees MINUS the older gentlemen are clueless husks with poor attitude and terrible work ethic. Took my family to get a sweet treat but was made to wait 25 min for 2 cones and 2 shakes. Me and my wife watched several people get there order before us even when we had ordered well before them. When I finally got my peach shake it was a litteral soup and when I asked why it wasn't thick the portly blonde male loudly said he was "breaking his wrist trying to get the ice cream out for my shake" so basically I got milk with peach bits in it. The fact the 2 guys minus the older guy get paid anything past min wage is appalling.

Only one person working tonight and the wait for milkshakes is ridiculous.

30 minute wait for 1 scoop and 1 shake. The employees should stop whispering to each other and make the ice cream a little faster, or maybe get more than one shake machine running at one time.

So confused. Sometimes I get charged for ice refills, sometimes I don't. Makes me feel like I'm being treated like a thief over a cup of ice. What are the rules and why don't all the employees know them?

How long does it take to make ice cream. 30 minutes for 2 cones and a shake is fing ridiculous.

They are so helpful here. The ladies at the counter are always nice and helpful.
We love their coffee, hot chocolate and ice cream

I have been going too this location for a year now and I have given the rudest person ever to work in a store 3 chances too adjust her ATTITUDE, on 04/04/2024 is the last time my family and I will ever go too this location again so long as that very RUDE person Christina works there, I have many words too say about her but RUDE will have to do, I felt bad for the 2 men working there, she talks to them like they are trash, send an under cover spy for the company in there just to see what people are talking about with her, its a dead store now because of her, I see her in public I may smack her in her smart mouth, just saying, beware people, Peace.

There is a female worker (possibly the manager) in the evenings that is consistently aggressive and rude with customers.

Horrible experience this evening with assistant manager “Christina”. Incredibly rude, major attitude problem. I currently have a torn rotator cuff and had my 10 year old son help me carry one of my 6 packs of beer up to the counter. Christina rudely yelled at me in front of everyone in the store claiming that it was illegal for my son to carry my beer to the counter and that she would no longer sell to me. (Side note - after doing my research - it’s not illegal for a minor to help carry alcohol up to the counter to purchase) Also stating “can’t you read, the sign on the cooler says 21 and up”. If that is a UDF policy, I understand that she was just doing her job however, something like this could’ve been explained to me vs announcing it in front of the entire store as if I’m some type of criminal or bad mom for having my son help me due to an INJURY. I have never been so embarrassed by someone who is supposed to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Looking through the other reviews, it looks like this is a common trend for Christina and maybe someone needs a refresher course on being a decent human being.

Tonight my husband and I placed an order for simple espresso shots from the machine: the women working proceeded to yell out or order disregarding the order number and jokingly stated that she had not made or served espresso shots like that since college days. We like to order your delicious espresso in bulk to make our homemade espresso martinis in which I felt the need to explain to the woman working because it seemed to be such an issue. She then proceeded to give us a lesson that she used to be a bartender and espresso martinis can raise your heart rate…. Moral of the story here, your employee made us feel judged and unwelcome for a drink simply made from a button. Other than that we are locals and love this UDF!
