One of the worst experiences, this shop told me my oil was critically low, took my car to another shop and they said my oil was fine. This location tried to charge me 2,500 $ to replace a 90 dollar motor in my windows. This location will try anything to get a fast dollar. Would not recommend going here. Absolutely ridiculous

Always wonderful service!!! I have been taking my vehicles to Ulmer's for about 16yrs and I have always been very happy with their assistance. I have also taken my son's car there when he lived in Milford for a year.
I totally trust their recommendations. I am still able to drive a very well functioning 2007 vehicle because of the quality work they do!!!

I had a disappointing experience with a dealer service center a while back, so I decided to try Ulmer's this time. I asked for their bumper to bumper service (with oil change and such), and they uncovered a couple additional needs, but nothing unexpected. I especially liked the vehicle inspection report they provided. That is a tremendous feature, and will likely bring me back for my next service needs. Well done!

Nothing recommended, take my vehicle for a lost cooling gas problem, every 8 days I had to refill, they recommended this place, to begin with, they had it 8 days to diagnose that it was the expansion valve, almost 1k for that service, after 8 days the same problem that I run out of coolant I take it again and they say that now there is a new problem that is the evaporator, this means that they made a bad diagnosis because always the problem persisted that at 8 days the gas was lost and I am told that the work is worth 3.5k, prices are more expensive than taking dealers. I lost my money and time.

I took my 2000 Toyota Tundra to Ulmer’s after another auto shop was not able to fix my air conditioner. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very professional and even provided transportation back to my home and picked me up when the truck was done.
