Medication management has been frustrating because month after month they don’t call the medications into the pharmacy when I call to request them. They don’t call me back to follow up, so I end up having to call multiple times for each medication refill.

I was informed that I would not be able to be seen. When I arrived I was not late. The receptionist went to talk to the doctor and then came back to deny my appointment. Allowing the time to go over for my appointments “grace period”. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. Don’t visit her if you can’t be early for your appointment cause there is no grace period you will be turned away!

Rescheduled an appointment due to sickness and was dismissed from the practice for "no call, no show". Apparently, it's ok for Madison Hubbard to cancel my appointment due to her "sick child" but I can't reschedule mine. ?
Front office staff is horrible too.

Great staff, always friendly. This place runs on time and is easy to get an appointment. The best drs office I’ve been too. I’ve switched my whole family to UC Milford.

Honestly, I’m not the type of person to leave a review somewhere no matter how bad of an experience, but this is genuinely ridiculous, and billing was unhelpful. I went in with symptoms similar to a sinus infection, and I get them a lot so I was just hoping to get prescribed something and go on with my day. Instead I was told there’s nothing they can do for me and to let me know if it gets worse. I ended up taking care the sinus infection (which I was told was something viral, not a sinus infection) myself with leftover meds from my last sinus infection and I felt better that literal same night. Then UC has the Audacity to send me a bill for $215 (before insurance) for a visit with no labs, no tests, and less than 30 min for me to leave with, hope you feel better. I’ve also been told in the past with other symptoms, that I haven’t been sick for a week so they won’t treat me. Which is ridiculous on its own, so I guess I should’ve saw something this stupid coming going back to this place.

Wish I could give them less than one star honestly they lie and dont care about their patients. I went to try and get blood work done for another uc health Dr and got denied because they don't do outside labs. That blood work was needed to get a medication refill for a critcal illness. Thank you for endangering my life and not even so much as offering an apology for put my life in jeopardy. They say uc is a learning hospital maybe they need to learn how to treat people better first

I am very pleased with my physician here. I also have to get blood drawn often and they have the best phlebotomist in town! In and out no problem - even when they were twice a week and my veins were hard to get. The desk staff is awesome as well!

Nothing like paying almost $300 for quite literally nothing. doctors tho huh gotta love them getting rich off making u poor & giving u meds that keep ya coming back for more :)

Had an appointment here. After meeting with the doctor she told me she couldn't prescribe the medication I was currently being prescribed by my Mason UC doctor physician. She told me I could stop taking it, that was my option.... ???I've been less than impressed with these doctors. I'm finding that they really don't care about patient care. It's all about profits.

I’ve normally had good experiences here. But, today I went to get lab work and was told they couldn’t draw my labs because my UC a doctor isn’t at this location, she’s downtown. Absolutely baffled by the fact a UC facility can’t draw my labs here for another UC doctor. I will say, the staff was friendly about it and did offer me other locations to go to rather than me looking them up myself.

Had blood work done from 2 different DR'S 2 different locations, 2 different orders, I clearly told them to send all test results to both physicians, they only sent it to one, I have made 3 calls left 3 messages no one has gotten back with me, tried calling corporate I was put on eternal hold had to hang up. This is completely unacceptable someones life could be at risk, I'd advise you to go elsewhere!
