I brought my very first car to AutoPros 7 years ago after being recommended by a family friend and have brought my cars in here and there ever since when needing major repairs. Recently I brought my car in the Friday before Labor Day and Chris had a repair plan for me same day. I’ve always been able to get in quick, and any issues present have been explained well enough for me, someone who doesn’t understand cars, to understand. AutoPros has extremely fair prices, is friendly, and has great customer service. “On my way to work I got a screw in my tire. I quickly went to another tire place right by my office to just get the tire plugged and they said they "might" be able to get me in before 7pm but couldn't guarantee so I went to Bob Sumerel about a mile down the road. The scheduling lady on the phone said they had an opening at 12pm if I wanted to drop it off then they could get it fixed then. When I go there Jordan the Car Care Manager helped me out and I told him what happened. He said "hold on one minute, the guys are ready so I think we can work you in right now to help get you fixed up so you can get to work". Jordan was awesome. He could have just said, we'll call you when it's ready, but he went out of his way to help me out when he didn't have to. Great job Jordan Jackson!”
