Had PAID for a flooring measurement through the Milford location earlier this year. When requesting a copy of the measurement, Bri told Josh to refuse to give it to me. I could hear their conversation and when I asked him why I couldn’t have a copy of my own measurement I paid for, she only offered to give me an estimate based on flooring they had at their location but refused to provide the square footage I needed. Absolutely will not be purchasing my flooring through here.

"My experience with Willow at Milford Home Depot Tool Rental was disappointing. Unfortunately, he seemed more focused on my appearance than on providing good customer service. He clearly didn't like the shirt I was wearing and gave me unnecessary attitude throughout the interaction. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should be about helping the customer, not passing judgment."

Whatever you do, do not use their counter and sink installation services. Our undermount sink separated from our countertops just over 2 years after installation. Of course they only warranty the install for 1 year, but this is something that should last a decade or more when done properly.

I accompanied my daughter to the Home Depot in Milford, Ohio to offer assistance as she shopped for a new front door. We worked with Roger, and I have to thank him for his excellent customer service and professionalism. Roger spent all the time we needed and was extremely patient as we explored all options for the replacement. He got us a great door for a great price. Thank you, Roger!
Sometimes I read bad reviews on “big box” stores, but we couldn’t have been served any better at an overpriced specialty store. If you need a new door or windows, head to the Milford Home Depot and ask for Roger. He will treat you like a VIP!

I was able to find what I needed and had a wonderful employee who even retrieved the last thing I needed took it to the register and then loaded it in my car. He was a great help!
