The staff is wonderful and they truly care about your pets. It's nice to be able to check in on our boys when we are away with their cameras online. I just wish they had cameras in the play area. They take good care of our dogs and I feel comfortable leaving them there when we go away.

We had a bad experience with a different kennel and really worried about leaving our dog anywhere. Was so happy and relieved when we picked him up this time. He was happy and his normal energetic self. Will definitely take him back. We felt he was cared for really well. The staff made sure he ate and had play time. They genuinely cared about his wellbeing.

We have boarded our four dogs here multiple times and it has been a consistently great experience. The staff are engaged and responsive and the dogs always come home happy!

My son's 2 dogs were very well cared for. The accommodations for the dogs were very clean and the dogs were happy. The staff at Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa love what they do and we love them for the care they gave the pets.

Horrible! The owner clearly has favorites! Was told when I first started that they would work with my schedule bc of kids. Then not even a week she started putting me down on weekends and days I couldn’t work. Then right at fall time I asked to leave early( never called off or asked to leave early before now) because I wasn’t feeling good at all. I couldn’t stop sneezing or coughing. And they said if I left I would get a write up. And lose out on my tips. I left went to the doctor for a note for leaving work and they didn’t except it.. then around thanksgiving. I got a call from my kids school saying my youngest is on his way to the hospital asked if I could leave explain what happened and they said find a replacement for the remaining of your shift and you’ll still lose your tips. I called off the next day because my kid was in the hospital. And they had the NERVE to call and asked if I’ll be in the next day and I said probably not because he’s still here and the owner said well if your not here i take it you quit.

Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa they're great! So clean and you can't even tell they've got any animals there it's so clean! They take you in and show you around before your pet goes to stay there. My little kitty Harlee was there for a week and they took such good care of my little Harlee. He was very happy and so was I to know that he was being taken care of and spoiled just like I would have at home.Thanks Sweet Paws Team!

When we first took our dog here for boarding, it was a great experience and felt he was very taken care of. We worked directly with staff members who clearly cared about the dogs. I am not sure what happened but after our fourth time boarding, we met the "Owner/Manager". The things he said about my dog were absolutely horrible. I had to leave the lobby and let my husband contribute the conversation with him. We realize our dog is a lot and have not had issues of this kind come up until the owner came into the picture. I trust the workers with my dog, but not the owner. Makes me wonder what is really going on when the owners are not there. We were asked not to bring our dog back to Suite Paws. We have now found another boarding facility.

I have nothing but good things to say at Suite Paws. We've boarded our 2 dogs there several times. They have family suites so they can both stay together which is huge for us. One of our pups has a severe phobia of nail trimming and we picked him up and his nails were nice and trimmed and we didn't even request it. The entire staff seems to love our pups which gives us piece of mind when we are traveling. I can't thank them enough!
