First time in sports clips. Service was amazing, got in pretty much right away. Nina was attentive, she listened, verified what I wanted. Great hair cut,Also took advantage of the free massaging shampoo... After which I felt I needed a cigarette.

Worst experience in the 6 years I’ve been coming here. The moment I walked in the employees did not care about the customers. The 1 employee was on her phone and the other was complaining about how much they had to work. They are only open for 5 hours today….. The employees got food delivered while I was getting my haircut…. I do not understand how you can’t work a 5 hour shift without eating, (I work a 10 hour shift without eating)…. They were more concerned about the food order than the haircuts. All the employees did was complain about everything the entire time I was here. Very unprofessional. Will not be back for a long time. Not worth $25. Go elsewhere

I heard about Katie from a friend. I've been looking for a new stylist. Milford is 25 minutes away, but it was worth the trip! Best haircut ever! And she actually listened to my request! Will definitely go back!

I believe that this establishment is on its way back to being one of the best stores around! I stopped in today for a cut and Kelly went above and beyond to make my haircut precise. She did an awesome job and will be coming back soon.

So none of there online appointments were even there in store and yet they wouldn’t serve me they wanted me to wait for almost 2 hours em when they had NOBODY in the store what a joke don’t waste your money even lady janes ain’t even that long so what’s the point of walk in service
