Everyone that works at Q Nails are very nice and they do a fabulous job. I take my 83 year old mom and they go out of their way to accommodate her. I'm a customer for life.

The 1st time the nail tech. Was quite rushed and left hills of powder dip built up on my corners. My nails are kinda curly width wise, but no one has left my nails like that before.
They lady that did my pedi the 1st time and the 2nd time I went, An, did my whole set& pedi. She was terrific! I didn't catch the girls name that rushed my nails . But An was great!

I took my daughters to get their nails done for school I have a 7 and a 17 year old I specifically told the tech only polish the 7 year old finger nails with regular polish no tips meaning no fake nails nothing just polish so he takes it upon himself and put tips on her and they charged me over $200 for all three of us to get our nails done including pedicures, I asked for some of my money back because I told him toOnly polish my baby girls nails he gave me the taxes back that’s it which I thought was crazy but it’s ok I’m sure they don’t care if I never come back again which I’m not I just don’t like when they try to be slick to get more money from customers so with that situation I didn’t like it at all ? on this nail shop.

They always seem to mess up my nails .Nail paint looks like a toddler painted them . And always file my nails uneven .I’ll stay going to Stella fairy nails she’s always on point no matter what design you throw at her ?

This is a great place to take someone special and treat yourself. I knew the clear polish was right for me, but they have MANY colors and styles to choose from. Reasonable prices. They’ll take great care of you.

Ok. I really wanted my second time here to be a nice one.. the first time the guy did just awful and my nails where warped and uneven..this time.. I came in to have sns removed and redone.. the lady that did mine right away just acted like she didn't care to have me there..made be feel bad about my nails asked what they did to them because I hadn't gotten them done there the last time they where done.. just made me feel like I was a burden..just real awful about myself.. then she kept burning me with drilling the polish off..so much pain.. then rushed my nails.. they are not the shape I asked for..and the sns is not even..they are bubbly and warped..just look awful.. I just wanted out.. so then came time to pay.. she gave me attitude when I said I was paying with card and said next time (there will be no next time sorry) to pay cash it's cheaper..ok? Weired?.. so it was $59.00 but what I didn't understand is that the first time I came here and got my nails done I got a full set Plus sns and I paid with a card and all of that was $48.00 this time just a removal and no added or tips just my own nails and SNS polish I didn't even get a manicure they didn't do anything with my hands at all that remotely came close to having a manicure just took my nail polish off and rushed painting them and dipping them.. and it cost more? How? Whatever.. I normally tip $30.00 dollars but I didn't this time.. and quite frankly I could forgive all of that but what I can't forgive is how they talked amongst themselves about me ..just a friendly reminder that just because I am white passing does not mean I don't understand your language.. I actually understand six languages, yours being one of them.. you should consider being kinder to people and don't just assume they can't understand you because we understand more than you think and it makes people feel pretty s***** when somebody's talking about them like that because yes I understood every word you were saying to each other about me.. do better.. Be better and have the day you deserve...Services: Polish removal

trying to be as nice as possible about this!! i went here and asked for oval hot pink nails with my ring finger as iridescent white glitter instead i received square hot pink and sliver glitter. the job was done sloppy and wasn’t what i asked for! not sure of the workers name but it’s the only male worker there! don’t recommend seeing himService: Manicure
