The staff at the Milford SR 28 are absolutely fabulous, with the exception of the new manager, who needs an attitude check. My 87 year old father has been using this branch since he moved to Miami Township 12 years ago, and is always greeted by staff with a smile, and by name. Unfortunately, the two times he has interacted with the new manager, she has been condescending and snippy, as if he is bothering her.

I wish I could give 0 stars...First they closed down the 3 nearest branches to my home. Then they closed down the branch next to my office. Then I go to use an ATM and now there aren't any close by. So I have to get cash out somewhere and they charge $5-6 for me to use a non-PNC ATM. So then I call the branch to discuss that charge and they transfer to you an automated customer service line instead. No help.If you are considering this bank, do yourself a favor and run the other direction. 10 years plus with this bank. Not recommended.

So Robert helped me today. He took time out of his lunch break to help me. He knew how uncomfortable I am with folks I dont know. He did it with kindness. Thank you buddy it meant a lot to my family. This branch has ways been kind to my family. From Cinnamon to Stephanie and now Robert thank you.

I visit the PNC branch in Miami Township regularly, almost every week. They are very welcoming, and they are always quick and accurate in addressing all my banking needs. We have been customers for about 50 years - starting well before this branch was opened. Great local leadership, and many thanks to my banking team for all your help and support!
